Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web platform of RcubiX Technologies ("RcubiX", "we", "us", or "our") at rcubix.com, or by commissioning any engineering solutions, software builds, or hardware prototypes, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

RcubiX Technologies designs and develops bespoke engineering systems including, but not limited to:

• Internet of Things (IoT) controllers, sensor arrays, and remote telemetry dashboards.
• Embedded hardware design, firmware development (ESP32, STM32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
• Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning models, and computer vision pipelines.
• Full-stack web applications, landing pages, digital portfolios, and software platforms.
• Industry-ready academic and final-year engineering project solutions across CSE, ECE, and EEE disciplines.

Deliverables, development milestones, component specifications, and timelines are formally defined in individual project scopes or proposals agreed with the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements, technical constraints, and operating parameters.
• Supply necessary credentials, third-party API keys, or specialized hardware components in a timely manner.
• Review milestone deliverables and provide feedback within agreed testing windows.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly negotiated under a separate custom agreement:

• Client Deliverables: Ownership of custom software code, schematics, and system documentation transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment for the designated project milestone.
• Pre-existing Frameworks: RcubiX retains exclusive ownership of proprietary underlying utilities, development accelerators, and core libraries used across projects.
• Website Assets: All trademarks, branding, copy, graphical visual motifs, and code on rcubix.com are the exclusive intellectual property of RcubiX Technologies.

5. Quotations and Payments

Project quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. Development typically commences following receipt of the agreed initial deposit. Hardware procurement costs are billed based on verified supplier invoices and are non-refundable once components are dispatched.

6. Limitation of Liability

RcubiX Technologies tests systems thoroughly against agreed specifications. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RcubiX shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party cloud service outages, power surges, hardware component failure beyond standard manufacturer warranties, or deployment outside specified operating tolerances.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
